Refund and Return Policy
At My Digital Edge Appliances, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. Below is our Refund and Return Policy to help you understand the process and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Return Eligibility
Timeframe: You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Refund Process
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, opened or damaged packaging).
Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at mightysporthouse@gmail.com with details and photos of the defect or damage.
Exchange Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement to you at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility: We will be responsible for paying for your returning item.
Shipping Time: Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Late or Missing Refunds
Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time(5 to 10 business days) before your refund is officially posted.

Cancellations
Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
